Determination of Members
If this corporation makes no provision for members, then, pursuant to section 9310(b) of the 'Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law of the State of California', any action which would otherwise, under law or the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation or "By-laws" of this corporations, require approval by a majority of all members or approval by the members, shall only require the approval of the board of directors.

Be born-again according to John 3:3.
Completed the foundations of faith instruction.
Have received water baptism.
Faithfully attend Sunday morning worship service.
Faithful tithe giver for at least one year.
Attending a weekly cell.
Participating in a ministry in the church.
Affirm the following tenants of faith.
Openly affirmed in the church on Membership Sunday.
